Dene Allred
Dene Allred has been faithfully ministering to Job Seekers since 1993, and was instrumental in the formation of Career Transition Ministries Network in 2000. Currently Dene serves on the CTM Board of Directors and CTM team. Dene has played a vital role in ministering to thousands of Job Seekers since 1993 and has individually mentored and coached hundreds of men during their time of job loss and job search. He draws on more than 15 years of Human Resources experience and readily fills any position on the CTM team. Today, Dene serves as Executive Vice President of CMI Brokerage, where he has been a Commercial Real estate professional for more than 15 years.
   
   

Jim Johns
Along with his wife, Kaye, Jim Johns in 1994 founded PrayerPower Ministries. Focal point of the ministry is found in the ministry’s byword: Helping God’s People Learn to Pray. Centered upon Jesus’ teaching in the four gospels. presenting biblical ways and principles of prayer—accomplished through leadership of prayer conference, seminars and retreats, as well as through published prayer studies and prayer helps. Two video-based prayer studies, Praying to make a Difference and How to Have a Quiet Time in a Busy World, are in use now by more than 3,000 churches across America. Praying to Make a Difference has also been translated into four languages—Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Romanian—and is a prayer-training tool for thousands on five continents. A daily radio feature, PrayerPower, has been broadcast continuously since April, 1995, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Wider distribution through Christian radio stations has begun in 2004. A veteran of commercial broadcasting, advertising and marketing, Jim responded to God’s call for a life devoted to the teaching and encouragement of prayer and spiritual growth. Jim and Kaye have played leading roles since 1988 in the prayer and discipleship ministries of one of Southern Baptists’ largest and fastest-growing churches, Prestonwood Baptist Church of Dallas. Jim is a deacon and former vice chairman of the deacon body at Prestonwood

Jim served more than eleven years on the staff of the Southern Baptist Radio and Television Commission, later enjoying a successful career in commercial radio and as an advertising executive. A native of Tyler, Texas, he is a graduate of North Texas State University (now The University of North Texas) with graduate-level study at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

   
   

Mike Manor has served on the CTM Board since its inception in 2000. He is a Deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church where he has served on the Finance Committee for more than ten years.

Manor has over 28 years experience in retail and distribution in the convenience store and automotive aftermarket sectors. After seven years in the U S Army, Artillery, Mike joined The Southland Corporation (7 Eleven Food Stores) and held positions in operations, merchandising, and training.

During his tenure with The Southland Corporation he took over as Division Manager of the Chief Auto Parts Division, led the operation through a financial turnaround, a profitable expansion to over 500 stores in seven states, then as President & CEO led a management buyout of the company.

Manor is also a past member of the Young Presidents Organization and the Center for Retailing Studies, Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the board of BWI, Inc., a privately owed distribution company in Texarkana, Texas. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and an MA in Human Relations from Oklahoma University.

Today, Mike serves as the CEO of Rolland Safe & Lock Co, a 105 year old family company that designs, distributes, and services asset protection solutions to the Commercial and Financial markets around the world.

   
   

Rick Waggoner has been ministering to Job Seekers since 1997. Rick has personally conducted two job search campaigns in his careers as a Commercial Real Estate Professional and has a powerful testimony about how job loss will strengthen a person’s faith in God.

 

   
   

Lynn Guillory has been ministering to Job Seekers since 1992. He was co-developer of the Career Development and Job Support Ministry at Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. He mentored/coached men who were Job Seekers through Career Transition Workshop in Dallas, Texas for several years. In 2000 he founded Career Transition Ministries Network (CTM Network) as a 501c(3) non profit parachurch ministry. The CTM team has ministered weekly to Job Seekers at Prestonwood Baptist Church since 2000.

Today, Lynn serves as Vice President of Human Resources with Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, a 103 years old family owned lumber & building materials firm with revenue of more than $500 million, with more than 2,300 employees in four states.
