Vision
To glorify God by being a ministry resource, clearinghouse, and conduit for churches that want to develop and maintain an on-going ministry to Job Seekers using Biblical, faith-based, proven techniques for their members and as an outreach to the un-churched of their community.

Mission
To equip churches to more effectively minister to Job Seekers, by providing advisory services, materials, weekend workshops, keynote speakers, and networking churches together to share “best ministry practices.”

Purpose
Going beyond teaching job search skills, ministering to Job Seekers from a Biblical perspective.
