Dene Allred has been faithfully ministering to Job Seekers since 1993, and was instrumental in the formation of Career Transition Ministries Network in 2000. Currently Dene serves on the CTM Board of Directors and CTM team. Dene has played a vital role in ministering to thousands of Job Seekers since 1993 and has individually mentored and coached hundreds of men during their time of job loss and job search. He draws on more than 15 years of Human Resources experience and readily fills any position on the CTM team. Today, Dene serves as Executive Vice President of CMI Brokerage, where he has been a Commercial Real estate professional for more than 15 years.

Rick Waggoner has been ministering to Job Seekers since 1997. Rick has personally conducted two job search campaigns in his careers as a Commercial Real Estate Professional and has a powerful testimony about how job loss will strengthen a person’s faith in God.

Reine Trent has been ministering to Job Seekers since 2001. God called Reine to minister to Job Seekers during her own personal five month job search. Reine continues to remind the CTM team that job loss impacts women both as Job Seekers and as spouses of Job Seekers. She loves to share with Job Seekers the importance of developing an effective two minute verbal resume (presentation) as well as a 30 second version. Reine is an Associate Analyst for Cingular Wireless where she provides Desktop Support and Training.

Robert “Rob” Roy joined the CTM team in 2004. He spent 21+ years on active duty in the US Air Force then 18 years with an international semiconductor manufacturer in its facilities management area. After retiring, Rob got involved with several job search support and networking groups. He led the Carrollton CMG of Career Connection and served as a volunteer corporate account manager with Career Connection’s Hire DFW First program. Rob’s desire is to help people put together their timelines, resumes, and “stories.” Being an engineer, he calls the stories “PARs” – Problem, Action (taken), and Result (achieved.)
